After leading teams at Thames Water, SES Satellite, Encompass Digital Media, and Deltatre — and delivering projects for brands including Adidas, the Premier League, and England Rugby — the focus shifted to two questions: what if AI could replace the entire development workflow? And what if the same leadership experience could help other organisations transform how they ship software?
